Chinook Docks are designed and manufactured to meet the demands and needs of both the recreational user and the commercial customer. They are built with the same materials and engineering used in Chinook Pontoon Boats and Chinook Dam Barriers and were selected for use by the US Navy at both at Pearl Harbor, HI and the SEAL training base in Virginia. We offer a variety of options and all our pontoons have a twenty-five warranty.
RESIDENTIAL
Chinook Docks are built extremely strong to give you many years of use. our standard size is 8' x20' and comes with (4) six foot long rectangular pontoons that float 3,000 pounds gross weight. each pontoon is constructed of .090" marine grade 5052 alloy alumiminum and filled with USCG approved polyurethane foam. tThe foam adds strngth and rigidity. The stringers and decking are made of pressure treated lumber. Redwood decking is also available as an option. The completed dock weighs about 1,00 lbs. Hinges can be used to link sections together and special sizes are available to creat the right system for each customer. Chinook Docks are available fully assembled and delivered or in a kit form. Perfect for the Lakefront.
COMMERCIAL
Commercial Systems are availabel for marinas, resorts and othe businesses. These systems are avaialable with continuous 20 foot pontoons under the main sections to increase the floation when the dock is used for heavy traffic conditions or more floatation is needed. these systems are designed to fit the indavidual needs of the customer and are very strong and easy to maintain.
